I hear people talking about Donald Trump coming out early and declaring victory on election night. I have two solutions:

1. Networks refuse to broadcast anything from Trump until the election has already been declared.

2. The DOJ and FBI notify Trump ahead of time that any announcement by Trump or the Trump campaign that he has won before the election being declared by CNN, Fox, and MSNBC (all three) will be considered an attempt to incite another insurrection, and he'll be immediately arrested.

Now, I feel obligated to tell you that exactly NONE of that will happen because it's not the world we live in today.

All of the networks will give airtime to his announcement that they will all know is unfounded, and neither the DOJ nor the FBI are going to say or do a damn thing.
