Don't stop there! Had successful manufacturing biz in Detroit for 25 years, came to Tampa, now 21 years in another business. Got hosed in the Obama banking collapse in 2009. Built back up, employed 20, made double FICA for payroll, etc. and at 75, calling it quits. Guess what? they tax (again) 85% of my SS checks, pay more IRMAA surcharge than what I paid for regular health care, and top it off with RMDs that whack me into the 24% tax bkt. All my insurances are now nearly double. That's the golden years we all heard about with no end in sight. Not the country I grew up in!
