Titus Njari Ndei, 41, led Kitengela landlords to build their own private sewer line after years of sanitation problems in the fast-growing town.
With the population ballooning, property owners had relied on expensive septic tanks that often overflowed and posed health risks.
Frustrated by the Kajiado County Governmentโs failure to provide a lasting solution, the landlords decided to take action.
The push started in 2013 when the county sued 22 plot owners for discharging raw sewage, contrary to the Public Health Act. They were released on bonds of KSh 180,000โ200,000.
Two months later, the accused landlords mobilized under Engineer Ndei and registered the Kitengela EPZ Neighbouring Community Sewer Project. They secured approvals from EPZA, NEMA, and other authorities, then funded a KSh 85 million, 45-kilometre, 2-foot-wide sewer line running to the Athi River EPZ trunk sewer.
The project was funded by hundreds of landlords contributing KSh 250,000 each plus a KSh 1,000 registration fee, and paying EPZA tariff fees ranging from KSh 7,500 to KSh 74,000.
The completed sewer now serves 818 landlords and has eased the burden of paying KSh 200,000 every 2-3 weeks to the county for waste disposal. Ndei says the community initiative gives residents a chance to manage sanitation sustainably.
When white people come to Africa yโall give them hospitality and some of you worship them like Demi gods because youโve been brainwashed mentally by Hollywood and religion, but when you go to their countries in Europe they hit you with different series and grade of racism.
Itโs high time Africans begin to reciprocate the same energy.
Multi million hospital projects that were launched more than five years ago in Nakuru County have stalled despite funds being allocated to them every financial year.

I am getting tired of these deep state individuals who flaunt the law and use government security agencies as mafia agents to intimidate wanyonge.
As Jesse Royal says,โwhy should i be afraid of you when you bleed just like i doโ.
Dr. Ben Chumo,
At 65 years and counting, I ask you plainly: what exactly do you want from me?
Was it not enough that on 12th December 2025 you kidnapped/abducted my children under false pretence claiming they were visiting you only to switch off your phone and subsequently move them beyond my reach. Without my consent, nor the courts consent?
If you had a lawful court order, why was it not formally served upon me?
Why was deception used instead of due process?
Why has this alleged court order never been produced for verification?
For 67 days now, I have neither seen nor spoken to my children. As their father and primary caregiver for over four years, this prolonged silence is unjustifiable and deeply distressing.
I must also address the events of Friday evening - 19th February 2026 when five @DCI_Kenya officers from Gigiri Police Station (four male, one female) arrived at my residence after 5pm in a Subaru Outback registration KCP 763N. They declined to properly identify themselves and sought to arrest me on what appear to be defamation allegations.
Since when does defamation justify five @DCI_Kenya officers and a late-evening home visit?
@DCI_Kenya Why was I not formally summoned during official working hours?
Why the refusal to identify yourselves? Why the urgency, and why the apparent attempt at intimidation?
Let this be clearly stated:
If anything happens to me whether through unlawful arrest, harassment, or any harm to my person responsibility will rest squarely with you, Dr. Ben Chumo, for initiating and sustaining this course of action.
I am documenting every event. I am informing relevant authorities and legal counsel. Transparency protects everyone.
Dr. Ben Chumo If your actions are lawful, then transparency should not be difficult.
Produce the court order you rely upon?
Clarify the legal basis upon which my children were removed?
How did you involve yourself on this matter?
Silencing a father who is demanding answers does not resolve the underlying issue. It only deepens it.
The era of intimidation is over.
Dr Ben Chumo, produce my Children, whether dead or alive. I will not be intimidated.

@jamilambugua I have no huruma for thieves, let them be dealt with accordingly. We should also apply the same tactic for the people stealing from this countryโs coffers.
@SokoAnalyst Kenya not only requires a political revolution, but also a cultural one. This is because pia sisi tuko na shida ya ukora mingi. Everyone is looking for a quick buck.
@SakajaJohnson Hope you are well, Bw. Governor. I have noticed that the parking payment service both online and ussd has been intermittently offline for the past few weeks. Kindly look into it.
@siammuh@RodgersKipembe I donโt agree, kaka. Even though I donโt agree with the methods the mzee has used I donโt think hii ni rent ya mwezi moja. I donโt think I would allow rent ipite mwezi moja. Kama umelemewa nakuambia end month utoke, coz the moment you allow mambo yako kwisha and uko na loan.
Competitive bidding has always been the best approach globally. Hii mambo ya going with one bidder is never for the interest of the public. Let the bids be opened to all or somebody should go to court to stop this asset stripping.
@SafaricomPLC@CA_Kenya I would like to bring to your attention that I was subscribed to a gaming ussd without my consent. I believe this action is fraudulent and I am sure I am not the only one. Consider this a formal complaint, and hope the necessary actions to be taken.
