After 23 hours of traveling; i am back at home in Belgium.
It was a wonderful China trip.
I visited the Nio F2 factory, and that is just: WOW!
Meanwhile visited a factory for my own business and made a good deal.
And after...: NIO day!
First of all: the whole setup, setting, light show, market, quality of visitors/users; it was all a 5 star event.
Nio shows there, much more than its newest top tech ET9.
Nio shows its community, its friendship, its strength.
Nio is NOT just a EV car company, like all the others.
Nio is building a wonderful community.
Apple, Tesla, Porsche, Louis Vuitton; they all have fans, and they all have loyal buyers.
But Nio has on top of that, a community so nice, that you are glad that you are part of this community.
This was now in China; but in 3 weeks time, we'll have here at my local Nio users group; also a new year's meeting.
We'll have dinner together and make friendships.
Nio is also aiming at building this friendship/users community out in Europe.
The very best EV car on the market; plus the Nio community, Nio gives you the feeling that your are member of an exclusive club.
I have spent already a lot of money on premium cars in my life.
But what i get on top of my money at Nio; is way more than all other brand can offer.

Today at the 2023 China Automobile Charging and Swapping Ecology Conference, [NIO Vice President Shen Fei] made some suggestions based on NIO’s 2,300 battery swap stations and more than 20,000 piles.
1. Scientific planning and rational development. Starting from user experience, charging and swapping stations are built where users need them most.
2. In the vehicle-electricity separation mode, strengthen the management and operation of battery assets.
3. Strengthen cooperation and avoid duplication of inefficient construction. NIO’s power swap network is open to the entire network. NIO’s charging network systematization capabilities are also open to the entire industry. (The charging experience of NIO users is the best in the industry. Today, it was discovered that the operating efficiency of our charging network is also ranked first in the entire industry. Taking the November statistics of the Charging Alliance as an example, the total number of piles ranked 19th among all operators. , but the total power is ranked 9th).
4. Strengthen interconnection and plug-and-charge. Users of any brand can use any APP to charge at any station.
5. Strengthen standardization construction. Including ultra-high-power charging piles, plug-and-charge, battery replacement and other standards.
6. Strengthen vehicle-grid interaction and promote more battery swap stations and electric vehicles to participate in grid regulation. Including orderly charging, community DC, V2G large-scale applications, etc.

The progress of NIO's comprehensive pilot assistance system, NOP+:
- On June 30th, 807 kilometers of urban pilot routes were validated in Shanghai.
- By September 27th, a total of 6,457 kilometers were validated in both Shanghai and Beijing.
- As of November 19th, the validation reached 34,477 kilometers, covering 17 cities. (During this period, NIO initiated the urban NOP+ Pioneer Pilot).
- By November 29th, the cumulative validation was 124,343 kilometers across 75 cities.
- As of today at midnight, the total validation has reached 195,270 kilometers in 134 cities.
Future Goals:
- In the next half month, the goal is to reach 200,000 kilometers across 200 cities.
- By the second quarter of 2024, the aim is to complete 400,000 kilometers of urban pilot route validation, extending to over 230 cities. This will cover 96% of the cities where NIO users commonly reside, achieving a comprehensive network of routes. $NIO
