The official action would take place should they choose to run in a Republican Primary, or if they happen to be current precinct committee persons. Otherwise, there is no official action to be taken. But the rules state that if you endorse someone other than the Republican candidate you are no longer in good standing.

@indystar Rush Limbaugh used to talk about the “seriousness of the charges.” They didn’t have to be rooted in fact, being “serious allegations” was enough. In a real world, this nonsense would be libelous. But, the press can talk about “allegations” as if they were facts. Shameful.
