Pope Leo XIV is going viral for giving a speech to a crowd of migrants at Spain's Canary Islands, the epicenter of illegal migrants and mass immigration into Europe.
He addressed a crowd of migrants and asylum seekers, saying that he wants to bow before their dignity and that human dignity does not lose its value when crossing a border, even if illegally.
He also criticized European politicians for their bigotry and urged them to provide better ways for immigrants to enter Europe.
The Pope is being criticized for not addressing the devastating consequences of mass migration to Europe, which would only be fair to mention, since he stood on the island that serves as a literal hub for millions of illegal migrants.
It amazing how people accept statistically impossible results to elections. Explain to me how mail ballots vary wildly from early voting and in-person candidate percentages. Elections are fraudulent.
I assume you are referring to Foulkes leading the hypothetical race against a Republican and Ken Block? Block only gets 22% and the Republican candidate would get 23% and I’m pretty sure they are splitting votes. And then you have 17% undecided. So I wouldn’t say 60% doesn’t back the party.
Plus the proof is in the pudding at the down ballot races. If 60% of the people are dissatisfied with the direction the state is going, change isn’t going to come from the governor’s race. It needs to come in the General Assembly. A healthy opposition party would force more oversight on the DOT. It would also ensure the skids are not greased for a Speaker to resign on the spot to take a life long judgeship. Newsflash to the 4 other candidates: you’re not getting the job.
The electorate in this state is uninformed and thinks their person in the GA is such a nice guy and it is all the other ones ruining the state. Wrong! With zero opposition, they are all ruining the state.
I am willing to bet this is going to be the norm going forward. Warwick too with the school bonds. Chickens are coming home to roost. Expect annual 4% tax increases annually. And imagine when there is an economic downturn.
Cranston's projected deficit grew by a half million dollars in just a month, per the latest spending report.
Now totals ~$10.5 million.
No plan currently in place to fix it --> https://t.co/HU8WuORDEW
Playing golf at North Kingstown, saw 4 A-10’s fly over the airport before landing. Sadly, no brrrrrrrt from any of them. Assuming they are fueling before crossing the Atlantic. Godspeed gentlemen.
And it’s a wonder why rents are so high. And the politicians in Providence blame greedy landlords and try to introduce rent control when in the end, it is basic economics. Lack of supply due to a hyper increase in demand.
🚨 BREAKING: HUD Sec. Scott Turner just released a bombshell report that found between 2021-24, the foreign-born population accounted for more than 60% of rental demand growth
Over +6 MILLION foreigners in that time.
"We need to continue deportations!"
