If a D2C brand can’t survive without Meta/Google, it’s not really a brand, it’s a digital marketing company. The moment you pull the plug on ads, the business starts dying.

@Ajain112 i don’t know if bid caps are the same as cost caps but RTO% rose from 5 to 10%, not sure if it is scale or audience quality because we also scaled 3x
same in India, if you look at D2C exits, they are usually 10x of revenue even with single digit ebitda positive numbers.
look at minimalist, they exited for $300Mn with less than $30Mn annual revenue.
many such examples, its mostly big conglomerates like Unilever trying to stay relevant

First time hitting ₹90K/day on Amazon (50% organic + ads). Amazon has serious potential if you execute well.
What’s working for us:
• Listing optimisation includes catalogue and A+
• Keyword depth
• Daily ad optimisation
Still few improvements pending. But I can confidently say we now have one of the best-optimised Amazon listings in fashion.
