Before France 🇫🇷 gave all African countries which they once colonized their partial independence they force them to sign several agreements so that they can continue to exploit and loot from them, but today Mali 🇲🇱 has rejected 9 of the 11 secret agreements signed to gain independence on the 20th of June 1960, given by France which is still enforce in several African countries today, these agreements includes.

1. The colonial debt for repayment of the profits of colonization. (Meaning its former colony must continue to pay them for the benefit of colonization)

2. Automatic confiscation national financial reserves in the country.

3. The right of first refusal on any raw or natural resource discovered in the country. (Meaning any raw or natural resources discovered must first be sent to France)

4. Priority to French interests and companies in public markets and public calls for tender.

5. Exclusive right to supply military equipment and train military officers of the colonies.

6. The right for France to deploy troops and intervene militarily in the country to defend its interests.

7. The obligation to send to France, an annual balance sheet and a reserve status report.

8. Renounce any military alliance with other countries, except with the authorization of France.

9. The obligation to ally with France in the event of war or global crisis.
