DonegalCIL support and empower disabled people to achieve Independent Living, & to actively participate as equal citizens in society by having choice & control.
My friend & outstanding disability rights activist, Frank Larkin, had been due to help with the #PurpleLights20 campaign but sadly Frank passed away earlier this year.
I wanted to take the opportunity to acknowledge Frank Larkin & the great advocacy work he had done.

I have always acknowledged that we have a lot to do to make the public proud of the HSE. But at this time, I urge everyone to get behind our medics, staff and the GPs and to do all we ask. Communities are strong in Ireland and can make a difference. @HSELive#COVID19@ICGPnews
