@AJEnglish It's not merely an ethnic conflict, it's engineered, orchestrated violence by Kuki militants which is funded by Indian agents. They're mostly refugees from Burma and receive annual funding. They offer to be used as a proxy army in exchange for refugees' homeland in Manipur.
