Just watched @EricEstepp17 YouTube video on the silly season and him discussing the possibility of Noah Gragson going RCR (really enjoy Eric’s videos btw) he really questions Noah’s results but there is so much context he is missing. A good review would to just not look at the driver.

Why did FRM move Noah’s pit crew from the 2025 season to Zane? They won the pit stop challenge this year.

What are Noah’s pit crew metrics? Look them up. Really bad.

How much track position has Noah lost this year due to pit crew and crew chief? Last race he lost 10 spots on his first stop and multiple spots each pit stop after.

Why doesn’t @EricEstepp17 provide some more context to the issues Noah is facing internally and only focusing on the driver? Once you look at the metrics of Noah’s pit crew it paints a very obvious picture of where the issues lie.

Tough to be part of a team that consistently loses you positions and laps literally every pit stop.

Last weekend his first pit stop he comes in 25th and leaves 35th. Next pit stop his jack man trips and falls down losing him multiple positions. His crew is horrible. He constantly battles track position and passing the same guys over and over.

Guess who got his pit crew from last year…Zane. Easy to spot the issues.
