One of my regrets this year is subscribing to @wifisupport1 @tizeti because no installation cuz of I stay in a bungalow who is managing the sales team why dont they ask necessary question before allowing payment even after self to collect is easy now pay back I have to call u out

@tizeti @wifisupport1 so your sales rep named ayobami this guy has refuse to pick my calls or reply my message but he was buzzing and urging me to make payment then. But now am on my own he read my message and no reply. RETURN MY MONEY I worked for it.

So I paid for @tizeti @wifisupport1 it took them 3 months only for them to say since I dont stay in a story building they can't install it,that they will refund & takes 5-6days including Saturday this is 2weeks now no refund oooo @wifisupport1 return my money

Anyone thinking of purchasing this brand @wifisupport1 @tizeti should just look else where because they will ask you to pay and won't deliver on the date they gave, I have reached out to them severally on mails even their page on IG was told to send mail which I did omo till now

So I paid for @tizeti @wifisupport1 on the 20th of February till now no installation was done have sent mail no one replied even the sales rep name ayobami didn't even update me I will have to reach out to him on 4 different occasion they have changed the installation date

@AyoBoluwatife_ Mine is the RAM currently using 4GB with the new features of power bi and other apps can open simultaneously I will like to upgrade the RAM to and 8GB which is an extra 4GB RAM added
