@ChipotleTweets I have noticed I huge decline in service and accuracy of orders in the last year or so....and Pepper, your customer service bot is less than helpful...any plans to fix these issues? Would like to be able to chat with a human when I have order issues!

@tacobell I ordered a veggie mexican pizza via the App and received a meat one (did not notice until I was already home). I reported it twice through the App. No f/u either time and no refund ever received from TB. Very frustrating!!

@Target 6th plus damaged order from Target. items broken, whole box broken and/or re-boxed by the carrier with all the damaged items still in it. I've called, you guys give refunds...but please fix the problem in advance and package items correctly. done ordering from target! 🤦‍♀️
