Proctorio submitted a CDO and waived the (faint hope) opportunity to be reimbursed by Linkletter.

5 years ago, @Linkletter chose not to take the opportunity to declare his copyright infringement and pay minimal costs to settle the civil lawsuit, which he's since lost in court.
A regrettable, stressful waste of time and money for everyone.
