Today, we remember the appalling 721 Yuen Long attack in #HongKong seven years ago. On that day, a white-clad mob indiscriminately attacked protesters as well as members of the public, with the police turning a blind eye and arriving at the scene 39 minutes later.
To date, 69 people have been arrested and 22 have been charged with rioting, including ex-lawmaker Lam Cheuk-ting and seven other non-white-clad individuals who have been jailed for 25 to 37 months.
As the authorities are attempting to rewrite history, we must ensure that 721 will never be forgotten. We stand with the victims of the incident and those seeking the truth.

Never ever trust China.
During his official visit to Manila in 1995, Want Yi, then Chinese official, said that China has no plan to build any military facilities at the Mischief Reef.
Guess what, a full-scale military base with an airstrip has been built.
