Many counties, including Baker County, have 2A sanctuary ordinances. These ordinances are going to become very important.

@MTMiningAssoc Congratulations. Oregon laws just cost our County 70 jobs and reclamation of dredge tailings. Simply, too much cost and time to make the project viable.

@EWReschke Unfortunately, a lot of urban consumers have forgotten that products have to be transported from somewhere, not just the store. Our ag costs to supply the masses will increase and they'll be passed on to the consumers.

@EWReschke Baker County has requested another town hall that allows enough time and space for everyone that wants to speak with representatives present. They need to look us in the eyes before decimating rural Oregon.

@BoshartDavisAg @OregonHouseGOP Unfortunately, many will not realize it impacts them until it's too late. To them, food comes from the store, no production or transportation needed and lights and heat magically turn on. There's a huge disconnect between the urban consumers and the rural producers.
