@Y2John84 These movies shaped me as a child. All these 80's movies. Nothing beats being an 80's child. The culture was so powerful and creative. So much fantasy and heart. It's both a blessing and a curse. To go from that magical world to an increasing soulless world full of AI kills me.
@Drownomatic5000@HorrorCarnival Netflix is cancer to cinema.
They are king Midas in reverse.
It's part of this new era of cinema.
It's not cinema really.
@TheBossnME Same here brother. Trust me when I say I know exactly what you feel. They are special beings. They are like children. Innocent. Your best friend. I lost one recently and part of me died with him. Now his little brother is left and is currently ill. I suffer with him. Can't help it
@BitcoinRaw85119@Rally__vincent Same here. They are simply immature. It doesn't help that they are completely brainwashed by internet and social media.
If its based on desire there will be nothing but trouble. Now I see the problem heading towards me a mile away.
Desire has a price. It's a universal law.
@Rally__vincent Everyone is giving you advice and it's a noble thing, but there is no advice. You are living your destiny. Are you lonely? Really feel that loneliness. Be in it. Yeah it's painful I know. They're all phases and some seem to last forever.
Just be yourself. Love yourself.
@stevenvoiceover@SockMai_PP_2@BettrCallSowell@KieraDiss Looks like I triggered something in you.The truth does that. It is indeed a very primitive way of thinking, but that's the essence of this reality. I'm not saying it's only physical.True love between a man and a woman easily goes beyond the physical.I'm simply not denying reality
@SuzanaDeng @newyorkcitykopp True, the impact was INSANE. I was a little kid terrified when this came on and would hide behind the couch and peak every now and then.
Good times back then.
The 80's was the last great decade regarding art and culture. Pure magic.
@davidcinema Can anyone here recommend a Twitter cinema account that doesn't just exist for farming engagement? An account that truly loves cinema? Can't find one and tired of all these shitty "movie" questions. Thanks.
@ThePeterLim@ATRightMovies I was abandoned by the love of my life. Totally unexpected (naturally). I remembered this scene and I was right. Only once the look of disbelief. The moment she left and the world changed forever.
And now my smile is bittersweet like this.
@mrmuggs2010@ManualMystique@RealEmirHan@easymonsniper21 Art and basically everything else is subjective but there is also a hidden objectivity. The art does not change in that sense. Rather it is waiting to be discovered....or not.
