@LGUS Glad you're still working on your OLED's, do the new ones get screen burn and dead red pixels? @LGUSSupport wouldn't do anything to help with my issue. I'll never buy another LG anything!
@LGUS Hopefully a technician with a new panel for my P.O.S. #LGOLED. 3 year old, crazy expensive TV, is garbage due to screen burn and dead red pixels. I will never buy another @LGUS anything. Thanks @LGUSSupport for all your help, wink wink.
@slootzky@LGUS@LGUSSupport Welcome to the club, same story here. @LGUSSupport did absolutely nothing for my screen burn and dead red pixels. Never. Buying. Anything. LG. Again. Thanks @LGUS...
@AustinPPutnam@LGUSSupport I'll never buy another @LGUS product and will continue to tell as many people about their horrible support. My first 1080p LG was awesome and wanted to stick with a company that I thought made legit/quality products. Turns out I was wrong.
@LGUSSupport@AustinPPutnam Both Samsung & LG get their panels from the same source. Screen burn on the #LGOLEDTV & dead red pixels can occur after just 3 years. LG would do nothing on their end to assist, basically said I now have a very expensive paperweight.
@LGUS I don't need a whole TV, just replace the panel on my #LGOLED that has screen burn and dead red pixels. @LGUSSupport said that they couldn't do anything for me. I'll never buy another LG product in my life and I'll continue to tell as many people as possible.
@LGUSSupport@kablekings Hope you got the extended warranty... @LGUS AND @LGUSSupport will not help at all when you get screen burn or dead red pixels. They'll basically tell you to pound sand.
