@LGUSSupport @AustinPPutnam Both Samsung & LG get their panels from the same source. Screen burn on the #LGOLEDTV & dead red pixels can occur after just 3 years. LG would do nothing on their end to assist, basically said I now have a very expensive paperweight.

@LGUS I don't need a whole TV, just replace the panel on my #LGOLED that has screen burn and dead red pixels. @LGUSSupport said that they couldn't do anything for me. I'll never buy another LG product in my life and I'll continue to tell as many people as possible.
