@Wowcher_Support You really need to investigate your merchant travelodeal offering the £99 mystery holiday. They are up there with one of the worst companies we’ve dealt with. Call handlers are just pushy sales and will look to add a surplus. ARE ANY HOLIDAYS £99 WITHOUT A FIGHT?

After multiple calls, we refused to deal with them anymore as they couldn’t facilitate the £99 holiday. (Then they tried to call 3 more times!!)
