Eg Show that $100K for 5 IG posts is within range for an athlete of similar reach. By the time the lawsuits are settled the athlete will have graduated.

Perhaps you haven’t been listening to everyone in CFB (including actual lawyers) saying that the first time a NIL deal is rejected the student and company/wealthy person who gave the kid the contract will simply sue and win. So nothing changes.

Their lawyers will win everytime in court if the NCAA tries to stop that. The Supreme Court Has already made this legally clear.

They and the student will simply sue the NCAA and just like all the other lawsuits they will win. Capitalism cannot be stopped.
