@JmilnerPharm As an OT in rapid response we see this so oftern. Pts donot feel empowered to say no to medication, they don't know how to cancel regular deliveries & many can't open packets/read the boxes. Regular med reviews combined with more support in the home may be part of the solution.

@otsarahq OT's need prescribing rights so we can access equal career development opportunities. Unfortunately, most ACP roles are more akin to junior doctor roles their base profession role. It's going to be a challenge to remain occupationaly focused in a prescribing role.
