Apple's lead Genius at Fashion Valley seems to think customers bear the burden of employee errors. Told my faulty AirPods would be replaced via mail, then called to ask to return to the store after I’d left. Why not own the mistake and fix it without inconveniencing me?

@Starbucks I’ve conservatively spent over 10 grand in your establishments (20 years $10 a week) and was just denied use of a bathroom, BTW the employee denied me with glee #DoBetter
@UncleCharlie50@MLBNetwork They also seem like they want to frame every pitch whether it's in the strike zone or not. If you frame a strike, you risk the umpire thinking its a ball and it seems like young catchers are doing it all the time.
@jeremypiven You’ve nailed it in so many roles—I’m always partial to Ari and still holding out for a project where Les Grossman and Ari Gold team up to take over Hollywood.
And yes, it’s frustrating that PCU is impossible to find—I’ve been searching for years!
