@foreveramber @asos my item was tried on and returned. Tags intact and a heavy woollen scarf still connected. The garment was cream and was returned in exactly the same condition as was received!! And yet you allow your operatives to make a decision re returns that is unfair and incorrect 😡
@foreveramber I’ve just had exacting the same issue this morning. @Asos_Womanswear think it’s acceptable to make an unchallenged decision and customer has no right to appeal. I have asked for their appeals process and for the warehouse operative conducting the “sniff test” to be challenged 😡
