@MichelleMangol6 Done! This dream scene is a new low for Y&R. How insensitive, offensive, and downright cruel can their writers be?! People have been fired for far less.
@MermaidDreamsx@N_90Barbara And I bet there are many not-gay older adults who are glad to see this representation too! Recent Gallup poll shows that 60% of older adults, 72% of middle-age adults, and 84% of younger adults in the U.S. support gay marriage.
@YandR_CBS@caitfairbanks Cait Fairbanks plays this character to perfection so I have many favorite Tessa moments. Too many to enumerate here. Tessa/Cait truly is a scene stealer, whether she has dialogue or not!
@soapsindepthcbs @YandR_CBS@YRInsider No, that’s NOT everything viewers need to know. The omissions are glaring and make this summary misleading at best.
@YandR_CBS Hopeful Y&R will listen to its gay audience and/or consult the GLAAD Media Reference Guide before it goes any further with hinting or baiting or worse. Tessa said she was gay. Be fair and respectful. False or misleading info is harmful.
@YandR_CBS For Tessa, yes. She is thinking about all parties, including the baby. Mariah is thinking of only herself. She needs help! Hope it goes in that direction.
@YandR_CBS A change of heart would be finally putting her gf before herself or others! What Mariah has is a mental health issue that calls for help from a mental health professional other than Sharon.
@Team_Shey Totally agree! What Tessa said to Abby doesn’t even come close to a betrayal. It was way too general to betray any confidences and was said out of genuine care and concern for the person she so deeply loves.
