@Fit_For_Golf can be used for different sports. I agree with your philosophy and I train golfers pretty specific to golf, though I do ensure they have solid gpp and are ready before we move on to more specific training, especially rotational core strength.

@MarkOak61536517 @GreysonMcDaniel Some coaches work for no pay just to try to get a break into this field. D1 schools are allowed to have full time volunteer coaches who are properly credentialed. They may get a small stipend or no pay. I’ve done this at 2 D1 schools. Very possible to make more at Kroger.

@MarkOak61536517 @GreysonMcDaniel No disrespect but it’s not bs. I’ve been in this industry for over 30 years. Depends on school and coach’s position. D1 schools have enormous gaps in budgets/revenues/salaries. I know many who make $30k or less and work 60+ hours a week. I’ve been there myself.
