@vrbo I have called, emailed and called again all you tell me is that you are trying to get a refund but you can’t get hold of the owner. You offered us no help with alternative accommodation. Just left us high and dry. Still you are advertising the property.

@theTRUESPEED deeply disappointed - no Wi-Fi since Sunday. Engineers promised to fix by today at 4pm. Haven’t due to the road. Same road as yesterday when 2 engineers were in attendance. . Left me in a right mess again! Don’t trust truespeed.

@RoyalMail whilst I appreciate that a large number on once public companies that are now privatised have broken the law, there is still a law in this country for false advertising and misleading information not to mention breach of contract.
