@RadissonBlu in Lucerne has very unfriendly and unhelpful front desk workers. This will most likely be my first and last stay at a Radisson and I haven’t even seen the room yet. And the best part is no one can even give me an estimate of when the room might be ready.

How can @UPS charge me over $500 on a $350 one box order from Europe? It’s not enough to be tariffed but the tariff would only be about $70. I guess they hate small businesses. Make it make sense. I’m begging this company to use another shipping service.

@UPS I just held 56 mins to get a rep. He asked me for invoice # -I was on the screen that had dispute number so I had to do a few clicks to find the invoice# and read it to him and he never said another word and hung up on me after 5 mins. Any other ideas on how I can fix this?
