@dpd_support just tried to drop off parcel at local @Morrisons - no one knew what to do and have to go back in 90 mins when someone is there who knows how to work computer!! Another 10 mile round trip! Not happy!!

@UK_CAA Please explain how @wizzair can fly to Bulgaria when Bulgaria are not accepting UK nationals except with residence papers. No refunds/changes allowed for pre-booked flights (non resident passengers) - just cancel and lose money.
