@k9flyer Interesting that HeritageLive say it’s down to the ticket agent to process refunds. Email I’ve just received from SeeTickets says it’s down to the promoter at heritage live. So who exactly is paying the refund?!

It’s totally ridiculous. Max is genuinely so passionate about RB. He is very intelligent & they are lucky to have him. He’ll make it a success.

@BSTHydePark Of course Jeff Lynne’s health is priority, but surely his ‘team of doctors’ - those trained & experienced medical professionals - would have known following the cancellation of Thursdays show that tomorrow’s event would be a non-starter. This has cost more than just the tickets.

How about, ‘Yes, I lost but we are fighting happy to talk to you Matt!’

@EmmaJ19846 @oasis Yep that’s my story too. I queued for hours online whilst also trying to phone the accessibility hotline and I have had nothing. I wasted a day. I thought I would have got an email as I was logged into my account. Disabled people don’t count in this then.
