@BwoyaTingz The Diamond League Record for the Women's 100 Meters set by Mrs. Elaine Thompson Herah on August 21,2021. Absolutely Impeccable Form. This race also holds the record for the fastest top end speed ever attained by a woman at 40 km/h.
Happy 25th birthday to Julien Alfred!! 🥳🎉

Headlines will go to Tina Clayton and her 10.85, but I'm so happy for Lavanya Williams and that new PB of 10.95.
Going from strength to strength this season. Truly impressive
Many years ago at trials, ETH stopped her 200m warmup and went to talk to one of the kids I mentor who had suffered some misfortune and was sitting and crying all by herself.
Breanna Clarke used the kind words ETH said to her as fuel to drive her forward.
She has now graduated from college (track scholarship) and has accepted an offer to do a fully funded Masters in Public Health.
Someday I hope to see ETH in person just to tell her a great big THANK YOU!!
Respect must always be given where it is due.
Jamaica could get its first Womens’ 100m Sweep on the Diamond League circuit since 2021. Joinelle Smith, Tina Clayton and Lavanya Williams are expected to contest the event in Rabat on Sunday. Those three athletes are the only ones in the field to go Sub11 this season.
Everyone knows I have one absolute fave athlete thats mrs fraser pryce. but one thing you'll never catch me doing is discrediting Elaine, her talent and her accoldes.
finally starting to understand why Elaine fans say she gets disrespected too much.
stop playing with her!!
