He worked less then 18 hours. Reported his earnings to the ATO and paid his taxes. ​

The school has always maintained that the pilots Dan was training were civilians. All the training was open source, nothing classified.  ​

No other pilot or person from TFASA has been charged or imprisoned in relation to the training, only Dan. ​

Dan has done no wrong, and he deserves to go home to his family. ​

Three judges of the Court of Session disagree with the Lord Advocate that Scots Law is at variance with the European Convention on Human Rights concerning the liability in law of the Lord Advocate as all other state officials. What an extraordinary, indeed farcical situation, bringing an already diminished Scottish justice system into disrepute.

Much more important still is what Mark Hirst calls here a political prosecution brought on behalf of an SNP-led Scottish Government in pursuit of a political opponent. The very fount of Scots law, the Claim of Right of 1689, conspicuously contains a law specifically forbidding the very crime of using inappropriate laws to pursue your political enemies. Not only that, but a second law makes no-one, from the Scots monarch down, immune from punishment from wrongdoing. James VII was indeed sacked by the Convention of the Estates, representing the people of Scotland, for his wrongful acts.

What can you conclude from this but that the SNP's contempt for the Claim of Right is of the most objectionable order. Does the Scottish Government represent the people as it claims? If so, it must make a statement on whether or not it respects the foundational document of not only Scots law, but as the British Government freely recognises, of the very validity of the constitution by which it claims authority in Scotland, and by virtue of which it assumed authority to create the Scottish Parliament.
