In summary, he stopped scrolling on purpose at 50 seconds because grok was going to do the math for the re value (post removing zeros, and then revalue)

Grok calculates this:

1,000,000 dinar after removing the zeros is 1,000 dinar.

Then 1,000 dinar times revalue rate (3.22) would be 3,220 usd worth

Also, no way he bought 25k IQD for $0.25. The cheapest it’s ever been to buy IQD was in the 1990s and it costed $5-10 to buy 25k IQD.

That said, I have faith there will be a revaluation. Iraq has made massive strides in economic reform, and the people of Iraq deserve this. Ariel’s post just left a bad taste in my mouth, as I believe a lot of the stuff he posts is just to get likes as he knows what type of content his followers like and engage with.
