@RevMattVLeek I think the public model would work just fine if it were run more efficiently. A large part of the issue is classrooms being inundated with new students because the infrastructure hasn't kept up. 3000 teachers is a great start, but what classrooms are the teaching in?

My comment was about your comparison, which was based on one metric only. It doesn't compare apples to apples. And as far as I know a majority of teachers didn't vote no because of wage, but about the conditions.
