Can't raise taxes so this will be the future for those who do not leave NY; Price increases on necessities. They never fund anything of value. MAYBE a token project here or there, but most of the money hijacked from NY'rs will be used to fund the ongoing terrible ideas like those that are currently happening in NY City.
