@SouthwestAir I NEED ANSWERS NOW. I am not and should be responsible for re-booking, day of, at a $500 cost because absolutely no personnel can explain the root. I need to be contacted as soon as possible.
@SouthwestAir Upon that agent, I was hung up on amid conversation. Following, it was clarified that the "overbooking" response was null and void (a lie and cop out for not having a valid reason.) I then was offered a flight credit that was already given to me in compensation.
@SouthwestAir Seemingly so… it’s now my responsibility to book a $500 while no SW personnel can even explain why it was cancelled. Initially, I was told that I "overbooked" myself (???¿) The next agent informed me that there was no way I could do so.
I have chose to break my twitter silence… @SouthwestAir:
it is completely unfathomable that there is no leadership department to handle my cumbersome flight issue. My flight was cancelled FOR NO REASON as I fly every single month and have never experienced anything as such.
