@newstart_2024 I haven’t had meaningful carb in years other than a glass of milk eating once a day. That doesn’t mean I am in ketosis. Ketosis is bs. Your body produces glucose when needed and will go in an out of ketosis whether you like it or not. It knows what you need better than you.
