Best OMAD ever! I couldn’t quite finish it because it was so rich but every bite was worth it
Total for today is 907 cals - got around 10,500 steps despite another long day of archival work! Archive is closed tomorrow so I think I’ll go to the museum and maybe the botanic garden!

@lexercise_ I went to the mall the other day and I swear everything in the shops were things I wanted to wear in middle school that my mom wouldn’t let me buy- I fear our childhood is vintage now 😭
Had a belvita biscuit for breakfast+ this felafel bowl and an old fashioned for dinner (+an espresso martini that the bartender gave me for free??)
Spent the day in the archive reading old letters but still managed 8.6k steps - I would try for 10k but my heels gave me blisters
I’m traveling for a whole month (mid June to mid July) and I don’t have access to a scale. I’m averaging 12k steps a day and being pretty strict with cals and I think I’ve lost some weight -I have to mathematically - but I feel like I’m looking worse than ever😭
Spent all day today reading love poetry from 230 years ago and some of it was in this little letter wrapper labeled dear little nurse” and I almost teared up in the archive because it was so cute
Went to the beach today and I shit you not every third woman I saw was thin and had super defined abs. I immediately started to feel like a lumpy freak
I still think about the time at my LW where a guy described me as “a tiny Jewish woman who weighs like 5 pounds” (I was like 118) - I have no idea where that guy is now but that lives in my head rent free
