Greatness is never easy, there is a lot of up and downs and a lot of failures. The same people who talk down about you are the same ones that will praise you when the time comes. Success is a long and twisted road so you just have to take it day by day and see where it gets you.
I’m not jumping to conclusions, but let me say this. Fans and media be quick to label a player “injury prone” We don’t choose to get hurt… sometimes shit just happens. Y’all don’t see the rehab, the pain, the mental drain it causes. That process can make you lose yourself. This shit is real. No matter how much support you get, you still gotta fight that battle alone.
Prayers up for Rondale Moore and his family. He was a baller, no question.
I love this! But I can’t help to remember when Kyrie said basketball wasn’t his main focus in life, the media went straight to questioning his love for the game 😭 like cmon
I am glad more NBA Players are coming out and admitting that worshipping sports is not a quality way of living your life.
In its proper context, sports are great. A tool. A means to many ends.
But it cannot be the foundation of your life.
