@TPCentralOdisha Many over-head elec lines have now been replaced with insulated cables in K-5 Kalinga Vihar area, with left-out places where often are in direct contact with trees. Please take urgent actions to replace those lines to avoid any risk during monsoon to passersby.

@SavingsSimpl@IRCTCofficial Although there is an option for preferred berth at the time of booking, no matter whatever you prefer, the berths are allotted randomly. Moreover the dilemma before opting for specific quota arises if only some (not all) of the passengers in the family are Senior Citizens.

As per the version of the concerned delivery boy the items were misdelivered on 7th & 8th June at wrong address and status updated.

Further to add that contact, to the delivery associate were unresponsive and presumably blocked by the concerned agent since 7th June. Therefore, contact to the agent were futile. Please investigate the matter and provide resolution immediately.

Out of 5 items whereas 1st 2 items delivery were OTP based, the rest where instances of delivery were communicated without secure OTP. From among 3 items without OTP 2 items were undelivered and unscrupulously marked as delivered.

@flipkartsupport Further to add that out of 5 items for which order was placed, 2 items were marked as delivered without delivery. @Flipkart failed to initiate OTP based delivery which assisted the SCAM/FRAUD

What sort of latest SCAM/FRAUD is going on with you. How come multiple orders are being marked as delivered without actual delivery?
Most surprisingly the "time of delivery" being amended in the status page back to back for the same item.
