we were told to get a guest pass and push her ourselves.
there was a line of people at the gate pass kiosk and of course the machine was out of order. time was ticking and we pushed her to TSA and they said not our problem, tell AA , NO

As of 6/14/25, XNA Disabled wheelchair dependent passengers no longer can get service from ticket counter to gate assistance.
Per AA counter we were told they have no wheelchair service, so we had our 88 yr old Aunt and no AA assistance to get through TSA and then onto her gate.
