@SusanDReynolds This would be a viable solution if they weren't given dedicated spaces to shoot up and get loaded in cities like SF and LA. Instead of coddling people's addictions, we should forcibly detox them and make them work. Prop 6 failed, let's leverage it!
@DanielLurie Preserve it as best you can. Eliminate the homeless drug addicts on the streets. Eliminate the camper vans and RVs. Let developers build with abandon. Don't Morph the Wharf is rooting for you!
🚨 LAST CHANCE: On Jan 14, Valley Water votes on spending $9.69M to fund the destructive Delta Tunnel.
This will devastate the SF Bay Delta, harm wildlife, worsen air quality, & hurt Indigenous communities.
Tell them to vote NO on Item 3.5! 🌿💧 RSVP now: https://t.co/8FHPlO8zwI
@SFGate Take a look at the fire raging in the Pacific Palisades. The same thing could very well happen to San Bruno Mountain State Park if we don't put an end to the out of control houseless population in the Bay Area.
The city failed to do a proper environmental review of the Wharf. Unfortunately the city failed to follow the 2014 ER which pinpointed the 5% of pilings needing replacement. Trying to replace them in the middle of big swells caused the collapse of the last 150 feet of the Wharf.
Our allies joined us in Sacramento to demand an end to GSNR's destructive wood pellet plants. These projects threaten our forests, pollute communities, & endanger public health. Together, we say: #StopGSNR 🌲✊
@SierraClubCA What an idiotic thing to post, especially considering their polluting behaviors and disregard of the environment. Just look at all the trash strewn across the Sonoran and Chihuahuan deserts. Never mind the long term effects of their birth rates.
Many years ago, someone left a dead fish jammed in the window of my truck. Being rather naïve about such symbolism, I wondered if it was a gift.
Ignorance can be bliss.
