@santanderukhelp there seems to be a problem with your systems being able to talk to others for pay by bank. I keep getting this message on both cards I am trying to pay. I have no problem from my joint account with another bank. Itβs been going on for a week.
@jet2tweets trying to book holiday. Selecting seats and it said timed out start again. Go back in to book and the seats I had selected are now showing as not available, seems to still think the other attempt is still going through. Anything you can do to release them?
@British_Airways why is it so difficult to get to speak to someone in customer relations. I paid for extra leg room seats which you have now cancelled and I am in lower price seats and I have applied for a refund. Case says closed but Iβve had no email with the outcome!
