No real punishment for crimes, no deterrent. Take yourself back to their age. If you could ride round on a motorbike with zero consequences then you would, what a laugh It would be. Must be said @sainsburys @SainsburysNews you should hang your heads in shame. Your 'New' store in #redhill is dreadful. Hardly ever any stock in and what is in is usually labelled wrong in the shelving. Is it that hard for the store to function properly? I could do better!

You know someone who is prepared to do this, will have done many other criminal actions, 1000% sure of it. Joe public doesn't go round doctoring number plates !

@SurreyRoadCops @DavidCrompton I fully back you normally and appreciate what you do, but surely this warranted stiffer action. To intentionally doctor his van reg, surely thats an offence in itself? I feel digging deeper could have given you an amazing cave if goodies. No law abiding citizen would do this !

@MrChurchForest @BTP Sounds like the same guy from the description and he was on his mobile, close to the scene of attack. This lady had a lucky escape. Saving grace is maybe argument went wrong as he didnt attack this woman

@oli7242 @FraserPeel You wally Oli ! Should have asked for the fee the pay for use, nor just a credit. Even if you give the money to charity. They have budgets for this but normal folk don't realise, so they give it away for free. I got £350 for pics of hospital fire, no casulties
