Rolando Sanchez Velasquez, an ILLEGAL ALIEN, was just arrested in Virginia after he allegedly grabbed a woman off a walking trail in an attempt to kidnap and assault her.

The woman managed to fight off the attacker and escaped to call the police.

This is the kind of person VA Governor Abigail Spanberger wants to protect in her state.
