Argentina's legacy for me from this world cup will be aggression, poor sportsmanship, and just an all-round negative vibe. And it wasn't a one off, it was an ongoing trait for the team as a whole. Just really icky and off-putting. #ESPARG
Spain deserve the win based on that game (& if we're taking sportsmanship into account...) but it wasn't exactly the most inspiring match was it. Yesterday's was much better from a viewer pov. And Wayne's assessment of half-time was spot on. #ESPARG
So happy for Jude getting that final goal, he deserves the record. Especially given the fact he stepped aside earlier for Saka to get the hat-trick. #FRAENG
Never seen so many roly polys, people on the floor, pushing & shoving, temper tantrums in a match before. Commentators were just talking about England now playing ‘men’ but to me it’s more like little boys throwing their toys out the pram, my word. #ENGARG
I read The Deal yrs ago but cant say it particularly stuck w me, so I reread it recently in prep for the show. Whilst the book wasn't a fave the show is & I really like how it captures the essence of the book, so maybe reading the rest of the series is the way to pass the time...
My brain has decided Off Campus is its focus. It has not left my thoughts since I watched it. I'm watching edits, reactions, interviews. The songs are constantly playing in my head. Obsessed may be a fair statement.
Okay, I had a lot of fun watching Off Campus. I laughed. I cried. I had a massive grin on my face at many points. There's definitely chemistry. And I know it's something where certain scenes will stick with me, rather than being a show I watch and immediately forget.
