This is Episode 1, Part 1 of a 5-part series, a dream of mine finally becoming a reality. I’ve always wanted to bring one of our campaigns to life through animation, and now we’re doing exactly that.

Each member of the Ence team will be voicing the characters in this story, the heroes who lived, fought, and fell throughout this incredible story.

What started as an epic game of Wrath & Glory is becoming a fully realized tale of faith, sacrifice, survival, and war.

One story. One unforgettable battle.

The Emperor protects.

But when the darkness comes…
when hope begins to fade…
and everything seems lost…

While examining the flesh of a butchered beast, Seer Vérefr sees something no mortal should witness. War. Steel against flesh. Fire consuming the land.
The dead rising beneath a blood-red sky.

The Seer lowers the beast’s remains and whispers: “The runes have spoken… and they hunger for blood.”

What is coming cannot be stopped. Only survived.

RUNIC ODYSSEY — GROUP 2, SESSION 2

After the Barbarian Crew’s legendary success in killing EVERYTHING in their path, things somehow got even crazier.@Druox unleashed Thunder Wave kill major groups of enemies

@Lullaby_Lilca decided to use the Artifact Bell to give buff to there Allie’s in the battle head but instead she summon A giant, terrifying purple eye appearing in the sky. That Stjǫrnuafl, Goddess of Astral Force. But the goddess was enraged seeing these cultists misuse her magic as heresy against everything she believes in so she punished them.

Meanwhile, @TyriaTTV transformed into Dino hybrid kaiju is apparently using the Artifact Bell as a WEAPO and Stjǫrnuafl is now feeding her Astral Force directly into Tyria’s body.

@Sister_Henghast deepened her bond with Korm and brutally slaughtered the goblin menace.

Midny successfully wrestled a bear. Yes. She has a bear mount now.

And then there’s King of the Jons. He spilled blood onto a demonic skull. As a

DM, I am legally obligated to say:
…Oh no. What has he just awakened?

This is only Group 2, Session 2.

I genuinely fear what Group 3 is going to do. As now they need to stop a ritual as the enemy wait to get ride of the goddess that want there destruction. You’ll have to be there this Wednesday to find out.

Last time, Captain Tentacle Beard got completely charmed by a beautiful, muscular mermaid.

Meanwhile, I was literally drowning, failed my save against the Siren Song, and somehow still managed to pull myself together enough to fix the situation.

Now @BL_Baya has drawn THIS masterpiece.

Honestly, I’m starting to think Captain Tentacle Beard might actually have a shot at winning the mermaid’s heart.

Assuming he survives the drowning, the siren song, and his own terrible decision-making first.

The Journey to Oritaðr Heimr Begins!

The Seer Vérefr has seen something.

While examining the flesh of a butchered beast, the Seer fell into madness. His eyes fixed upon something no one else could see, and from his lips came only a few disturbed mutters.

Then he began gathering his belongings.

His destination?

The very city that once exiled him.

But something is wrong.

Vérefr’s body moves unnaturally, as if something unseen is guiding every step he takes. His companions can only watch as he walks toward the city that cast him out.

What horror did the Seer witness?
What did he see within the flesh?
And most importantly…

What is calling him back?

Now, the crew is unsettled as Vérefr boards the Norðmanna Gæfa, setting sail toward the mysterious lands of Oritaðr Heimr. But there is one question everyone wants answered.

For this adventure, we’ll be playtesting Runebear’s classes alongside custom creations as we bring these mechanics into the world of Runic Odyssey and create a unique Viking horror experience.

Several areas have gone completely silent.

At first, the Administratum assumes it’s just another communications failure. Then entire hab-blocks stop transmitting. Vox channels go dead. Supply servitors cease reporting. Even routine astropathic traffic from the affected sectors has vanished.

And the silence keeps spreading.

No distress calls.
No emergency beacons.
No screams.
