#nisdedchat While true coaching does not give answers and leads the client to their own answer based on their own thinking, it is imperative that coaches stay connected not only to best practice, but NEXT practice.
A4: As Jim Knight says, "The more you insist, the more they resist." So true! If you give someone a laundry list of things they need to fix about their teaching, they will not feel any intrinsic ownership or motivation to change. Coach don't tell. #nisdedchat
