@evrisupportline I have received numerous messages that I need to collect my order, despite the fact that I picked it up two days ago. There is no way of being able to inform someone at Evri of this using their customer service process
@evrisupportline I cannot believe how bad the customer service journey is for someone attempting to call Evri. You absolutely cannot speak to anyone. If you query sits outside of their pre-defined query categories, you will get no where!

@ThreeUKSupport I just do not seem to be getting anywhere with Three Support, which is completely unfair, as I never created this situation. Someone has created an account in my name and I should have received an update by now. Instead, I am spending time chasing this.
@ThreeUK Now, I have received a bill for £70.16. I cannot raise this via their online complaint form, because it demands that you enter a Three mobile number, which I do not have. All I have is two letters and the fraudulent account number 112116842
@ThreeUK Although I contacted Three after receiving a direct debit confirmation set up letter, to advise that account 112116842 is a fraudulent account, nothing has been done
@ThreeUK Seeing that you do not provide an email address for me to put this in writing, I will make a comment here. A Three account (Acc: 112116842) has been illegally set up in my name. I have never been a Three customer and now I have received an outstanding bill notice.
@Eurostar Are there any new updates? I have logged into my account today and my bookings are gone. I do not have a reference number as I trust the app to have my bookings. When will the bookings reappear? It would be helpful if you could provide a daily update

What is particularly annoying is that this was for a present on behalf of my Son to his mother, therefore I am seriously disappointed. Unfortunately their only response is to say they can send it out again, which will miss the birthday party itself #allbeauty
Really poor response from Allbeauty today. Customer service agent was polite, however they offer nothing other than your money back when they mess up your order. Always be careful ordering from companies that do not go that extra mile when they get it wrong. #allbeauty
