1231PM Dundas/Bronte: Driver stopped as unlicensed. Driver charged and vehicle relocated to a parking lot; to allow driver to rectify licence.

1252PM Dundas/Third: Driver stopped again; still unlicensed. Charged again.

Now I get to play babysitter until this is sorted.

@Handell_CVE I'm glad to see officers keeping everyone safe. Lots of people don't know that the MTO can conduct regular traffic stops for Highway Traffic Act moving violations.

@TPS_BikeHart Look at Norco. The bikes are light, aren't too expensive and have good upgraded out-of-the-box parts like cranksets, suspension and disc brakes.
Expect a few days between purchase and delivery for set up and adjustment.
