The Fulton Surface-to-Air Recovery System used a skyhook to rescue people without having to land the plane in the 1950s.
Before testing on humans, American inventor Robert Edison Fulton initially tested the skyhook on dummies before moving on to pigs. When the pig was lifted off the ground, it began to spin while flying through the air at 125 miles (200 km/h) per hour. Thankfully, the pig arrived on the plane unharmed, albeit slightly disoriented. When the pig recovered, it began to attack the crew onboard.
How can anyone go on #dragonsden and not know basic profit margins (gross or net) of their own business and expect a dragon to give 10's of thousands of investment???
@MartinSLewis Severely affected by RM strikes as a small biz owner but fully support the strikes as it seems they have no choice but to resort to this action for fair pay.
